Spend an exclusive winter holiday, and enjoy many delightful moments: a one-week program with three cooking days where you will learn expert tips and tricks from our chefs at Hamacher Hotels & Resorts. During the day, you will be taught many useful first-hand tips and cook a delicious menu in our professional show kitchen, which will be served in a convivial atmosphere in the evening.
The program is rounded off by an exclusive wine seminar with renowned Austrian winemakers and a schnapps tasting with a local distiller.
